Abstract
The artificial intelligence’s prospects will lead—according to expert assessments—to the elimination of hundreds million jobs over the next decade as they are transferred to automated devices. The increasing of the competitiveness of humans vis-à-vis robots is now relevant.
The challenge’s answer can be found on the basis of measuring the human creative abilities and their intensive development in priority fields. The providing of methods here requires the cooperation of metrologists, neurophysiologists, psychologists, & IT specialists with testing the above-mentioned methods’ effectiveness on a statistically significant sample. So, the work in this field has been started at the D.I. Mendeleyev Institute for Metrology (VNIIM). As an experimental base, the Metrology Education Cluster was established; it included kindergartens, schools, universities, as well as enterprises and institutions.
The report discusses the first steps in this perspective research.
